Our client is a wellness company established in Macau. Their main business focus is on retailing and whole saling of traditional wellness company. As the company continues to grow and develop new market, they are looking for a high calibre with great interpersonal skills and capability to support the Executive Director. Candidates with previous executive assistant experience are welcome.
The Executive Assistant will have the following duties:
·Provide full spectrum of secretarial and administrative support for the Executive Director
·Diary management (booking appointments and meetings, managing deadlines)
·Prepare reports and proposals
·Liaise with internal and external parties
·Organize internal and external meetings, conferences, and events
·Responsible for travel and Itinerary arrangement
·Assist with ad-hoc duties or assignments as assigned
·Providefull spectrum of personal support to Executive Director.
·Manageher and her family's day-to-day schedule, make travel arrangement for personaltrips, supervise domestic helper, make lunch and dinner booking, run errands, arrange maintenance for house etc.
The Successful Applicant
The successful candidate will havethe following requirements
·3-5years of secretarial/administrative experience gained from foreign companies
·Excellent verbal and written skills in English and Chinese. Fluent in Mandarin and Cantonese.
·Proficient in using MS Word, Outlook, Excel & PowerPoint
